Training in sports law successfully accomplished

Attorney-at-law Radina Vakrilova and associate Filena Vassileva from our team took part in a two-day seminar on sports law – one of the areas in which YNG Legal specializes in the national and international context.

The programme covered  

• legislation in the field of sports law,
• the activities of sports agents,  
• the status and activities of the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, Switzerland (CAS),  
• anti-doping rules,  
• the role of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA),  
• the forthcoming changes at FIFA.  

The speakers were Dr. Petra Pokrnic Perica – professor of sports law and arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and Attorney Davor Lazic, who specializes in sports law.  

The seminar was organized by the Department of Sport of Sofia University in cooperation with the Faculty of Economics and the Bulgarian Football Union.
