Attorney-at-law Ognyan Nenchev has over 10 years of experience in public procurements. He prepares tender documentation in accordance with the Public Procurement Act for different types of contracting entities – municipalities, hospitals and state/municipality-owned companies. He has participated in over 20 projects on behalf of the contracting entity.

Ognyan has also worked on behalf of contractors, by managing the process of preparing documentation, representation in tenders, and appealing results before the CPC and administrative courts.

Upon award of a public procurement contract, Ognyan ensures the legal side of the performance process, working with sub-contractors, and coordination with the contracting entity.
