Attorney-at-law Ivan Yankov is the moving force of the YNG Legal team. He’s the one always coming up with new ideas and directing the processes and the development of our law firm. 

Ivan is one of the leading experts on intellectual property law in Bulgaria. He provides complete legal service for “ArtistAuthour” – a large Bulgarian collective management organization. Ivan has participated in the drafting of over 100 applications for patents, designs and trademarks. He has taken part in legal proceedings between copyright holders and users (TV channels, radio stations, advertising agencies, etc.). 

Ivan also provides consultations on complicated issues regarding cryptocurrencies, block-chain technology, and coordinates the issues of applying block-chain regulations in multiple jurisdictions worldwide (China, the USA, the EU, South Africa, Singapore, Canada, Russia and Belarus). 

Ivan is a licensed appraiser of intellectual property under the Chamber of Independent Appraisers in Bulgaria.
