Attorney-at-law Dimiter Gochev specializes in coordinating international tax projects with tax consultants in different jurisdictions. He has worked on the tax structuring of numerous projects in mergers and acquisitions, including the reorganization of one of the leading banks on the Bulgarian market, as well as the acquisition of several trading centers in the country.

Dimiter provides consultations regarding tax treatment of local businesses providing goods and services abroad – regarding taxing at the source, double taxation agreements, place of business and transfer pricing.

Dimiter is a full-time teaching assistant, teaching International public law at the Faculty of law in Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. He has authored books and articles on international and tax law.
