Ivan’s main focus of expertise is the innovation and technology sector. His experience is two-folded from working with big technology multinationals on their international commercial transactions to advising start-ups and scale-ups for their corporate structure, clients acquisition strategies and financing opportunities.

Ivan provides guidance on issues related to the technology sector such as compliance with the regulatory framework or contractual set-up to better protect companies’ intellectual property or acquire new clients.

He graduated from the Sorbonne University in Paris, France and has a second Master’s degree in International Business and Trade Law from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, USA after being selected for a Fulbright scholarship from the US Department of State and the Bulgarian-American Commission for Educational Exchange.
