Kristiyana joined our team as a jurisconsult in 2019, after she graduated SU “St. Kliment Ohridski”.Since then she guides our clients through the maze that is Bulgarian labour law.

She has participated in drafting opinions on the transposition of the two 2019 copyright directives in Bulgarian law.

Prior to joining us she was a legal intern of the Fulbright program, which gave her the opportunity to work together with judges of Sofia city court. She also took part in the project Legal barometer – a citizens’ initiative for monitoring, analyzing and assessing Bulgarian legislation by writing articles and composing analyzes of laws and bills. In 2019 she was part of the team of Sofia University, which won second place in the Competition for the Transposition of EU Directives, where he received the award for “Best Legal Language”.
